Our client is a fast-growing cloud-native software company specializing in Kubernetes, container platforms, and Dev Ops solutions.

They work with leading enterprise clients across APAC, including major financial institutions
, delivering scalable and enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support, guidance and training during product trials and implementation
Act as a bridge between customers and internal engineering teams to resolve issues
Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, working closely with sales on solution design
Prepare technical documents (proposals, implementation plans, reports)
Gather customer requirements and provide feedback to product and R&D
Participate in technical workshops, demos, and partner collaboration
Handle ticketing and ensure timely issue resolution

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
1+ year experience in IT / cloud / internet-related roles
Familiar with cloud computing technologies

Preferred

Exposure to Kubernetes, containers, or Dev Ops
Experience in technical support, implementation, or operations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Flexible working model, combining remote work and on-site support at client locations
