Sumer Group Holdings Limited is looking for a BAU 2nd Line Support Engineer for a 12-month fixed term contract. This remote position involves supporting day-to-day service desk operations throughout an exciting growth period.
This role is critical for maintaining service stability and improving operations. The ideal candidate will have proven 2nd line support experience, strong troubleshooting skills across the Microsoft stack, and the ability to manage workload independently while communicating effectively.
