  • Maintain consistency across all ODA areas, including eTOM and SID mappings.
  • Ensure alignment with the Open API Team.
  • Inform the API Team about Information Framework enhancements.
  • Identify and integrate missing information in the Information Framework based on API requirements.
  • Manage branch allocation and perform required actions on the model.
  • Converge Open Digital Architecture to meet strategic release needs and promote member adoption across reference architectures.
  • Plan and deliver new cycles of ODA within a project management framework.
  • Conduct team meetings, document decisions, and track actions effectively.
  • Adhere to collaboration methodologies and TM Forum intellectual property rules.
  • Monitor and recommend updates, migrations, or transformations in the tooling environment.
  • Ensure compliance with TM Forum collaboration and management tools.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in adoption engagements.
  • Guide Collaboration Project team leads and mentor Catalyst (proof-of-concept) projects.
  • Oversee and ensure successful completion of sprint actions.
Skill Requirements
  • Proficient in UML modeling, especially with Sparxs Enterprise Architect.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, REST APIs, and Git Hub.
  • Understanding of CSP (Communication Service Provider) environments.
  • Experience working with standards development organizations or industry associations.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Confident in liaising with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport and foster relationships across diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Quick learner of new systems, duties, and processes.
  • Self‑motivated, resilient, and proactive team player.
  • Positive, collaborative mindset with a strong ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
