Imagery Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Imagery Analyst to join our team on a part-time contract basis. In this role, you will interpret and analyze imagery from various platforms, providing intelligence products and visualizations that support operational and strategic needs.

We are a leading provider of geospatial intelligence solutions, supporting clients in defence, environmental, infrastructure, and commercial sectors. By analyzing satellite and aerial imagery, we deliver critical insights that inform decision-making and enhance situational awareness.

• Analyze satellite, aerial, and UAV imagery to identify geographic and man-made features, activity patterns, and changes over time
  • Apply image processing techniques to enhance interpretation and extract actionable insights
  • Prepare analytical reports, maps, and briefings for internal and external stakeholder
  • Collaborate with team members and partners to support geospatial and operational planning
  • Maintain awareness of developments in imagery exploitation tools and GEOINT best practices

• Degree or diploma in Remote Sensing, Geomatics, Geography, Intelligence Studies, or a related field
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience in imagery analysis Proficiency with GIS and remote sensing software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS, ERDAS Imagine)
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent written communication and ability to produce high‑quality geospatial products

• Prior experience supporting military, public safety, or environmental monitoring operations
• Familiarity with photogrammetry or 3D terrain analysis
• Experience working with multispectral and SAR imagery
