Take charge as a remote Business Administrator focused on optimizing data catalog initiatives. Manage data quality standards, metadata processes, and enhance user experiences for data teams.
In this critical role, you will utilize 3-5 years of experience in data operations and governance. You will work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams to implement new processes and maintain data integrity. Your efforts will contribute to ensuring thorough documentation and effective onboarding for users, thereby driving data quality across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and implement data catalog certifications
• Support data migration from legacy systems
• Coordinate metadata import and access requests
• Document lineage gaps and validate data lineage
• Provide ad-hoc support for data processes and issues
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in data catalog or governance roles
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Practical experience with data management tools
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices
• Understanding of metadata and stewardship models
