• Use your knowledge to do integrations, CMDB alignment, telecom service lifecycle management, TMT configuration, customisation, CMDB, workflows, Flow Designer, Integration Hub and data loading.

Note:

The role is a remote working contract with a potential for permanent placement in Europe. UK will be inside IR35 ONLY.

• Service Now - 6 years+
• Telco experience - ESSENTIAL
• TNI / TSM (Telecommunications Service Management) project experience - ESSENTIAL
• Service Assurance workflows
• OSS Integrations
• CMDB
• Network inventory systems
• Excellent communication or consultancy skills
• Ability to work independently
• CSA certified / TNI / TSM certification
