In this role, you will lead critical initiatives as a Project Manager focused on Technology Transformation. Your experience with project coordination will ensure that multi-workstream projects run smoothly and on schedule. Your tasks will include vendor selection, data migration, and grant reporting, all while fostering effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the master project plan

• Coordinate vendor selection for multiple platforms

• Support data migration and cleanup activities

• Schedule role-specific training sessions for staff

• Document grant reporting and project status updates

Requirements:

• 5+ years in project management or coordination

• Understanding of Non-profit CRM and marketing tools

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Experience with project management software tools

• Formal PM qualifications are beneficial
