Senior Implementation Engineer MSP AI

Senior Implementation Engineer (MSP AI) Remote to £85k Do you have expertise with software implementation / integration? You could be progressing your career in an impactful role at a scaling tech group that is bringing IT MSPs into a single high-performing platform, giving every client access to enterprise-grade IT, security and AI capabilities. As a Senior Implementation Engineer you will act as the internal technical lead to take a pre-defined platform stack from strategy to production and scale;

the architecture and tooling decisions are already in place.

Your role will focus on execution: building a unified, automated platform that connects and ope rationalises core systems and enables repeatable onboarding of acquired MSPs. This is a hands-on role with significant autonomy. You will act as the internal authority on the platform, responsible for how it is built, documented and extended as the group grows, working closely with the Operations Director and CTO.

Location / WFH:
You'll primarily be working remotely but will sometimes need to go to client sites (mainly midlands based but across the UK) or meet with colleagues in the London office, all expenses paid.

About you:

You have strong hands-on experience of building API integrations and platform implementation delivery You have strong JavaScript and / or Python for integration scripting, automation logic and API interaction You have REST API design and delivery experience:
Webhooks, OAuth, JSON data transformation, event-driven architecture You have implementation experience with two or more of the following:
HaloPSA, Hub Spot, Sage Intacct, Ninja One RMM, 3CX, Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Graph API You have cross platform data mapping and technical documentation skills You use AI in your everyday workflow You're comfortable operating autonomously while working within a management structure for escalation, alignment and peer review You have advanced communication and stakeholder management skills What's in it for you:
