Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle Dayforce WFM implementations, ensuring project success

• Collaborate closely with clients to define requirements

• Configure dayforce scheduling and attendance features

• Maintain documentation including design and training materials

• Troubleshoot issues post-implementation with support teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of direct experience with WFM in Dayforce

• Proven ability to configure Dayforce modules

• Strong understanding of workforce management best practices

• Effective communicator across technical and non-technical teams

• Ability to work autonomously in remote settings
