Our banking client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support the ongoing stability and evolution of digital wealth platforms, balancing production support with new feature delivery (Remote;

-22).

Overview:

This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, owning the digital wealth experience by prioritizing production fixes, guiding feature development, and ensuring a seamless end-user experience. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical execution while maintaining platform stability and leveraging post-launch metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Must-Haves:

6+ years of Product Management experience within Agile environments

Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and integration between front-end digital platforms and legacy back-end systems

Proven ability to prioritize production fixes vs. new feature development while maintaining platform stability

Experience managing and communicating through major production incidents/outages across technical and business stakeholders

Experience translating business requirements into high-level technical specifications for engineering teams

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with in wealth management or digital banking environments

Understanding of how to present complex financial data (e.g., portfolios, tax documents, performance metrics) in a user-friendly way

Familiarity with digital wealth market trends and competitive financial products

Experience working closely with UX/design teams to enhance product flows and user experience

Experience defining and tracking post-launch product metrics to measure success and user behavior

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment during both production incidents and feature releases

Prioritize and manage production issues, working with engineering teams to conduct root cause analysis and resolve issues within SLAs

Collaborate with design teams to ensure new features enhance usability and align with overall product experience

Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for development teams

Define, monitor, and analyze post-launch metrics to validate product performance and inform future enhancements

Balance short-term fixes with long-term product strategy to ensure platform stability and scalability
