Are you early in your Dev Ops journey and excited to grow your skills at the intersection of blockchain and infrastructure? At Figment, we’re building and running staking infrastructure that powers dozens of the most innovative blockchain networks. We’re looking for a motivated Junior Dev Ops Engineer to join our Staking Team, where you’ll gain hands‑on experience operating production systems while learning from a group of experienced engineers.

• Support the deployment and operation of staking tools to perform blockchain operations on multiple networks
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues alongside senior engineers
• Write scripts and tools (Python, Type Script, or Go) to automate tasks and improve workflows
• Help maintain AWS‑based infrastructure and learn to manage Kubernetes clusters with Helm
• Contribute to the monitoring and alerting of system health and performance
• Participate in an on‑call rotation (with mentorship and guidance) to support production systems

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a Dev Ops, Site Reliability Engineer, or software engineering role
• Some proven experience coding in Python, Type Script, or Go (comfortable writing scripts or small tools)
• Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, etc.) and interest in growing cloud expertise
• Exposure to Kubernetes and Helm is a strong plus
• Strong curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative attitude
• Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous team environment

This role will collaborate most often with our Dev Ops Blockchain teams and Product teams.
