Your role at S3

  • The central point of contact between technical teams and clients

Take ownership of client projects
  • Manage the full project lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)
  • Maintain clear visibility on priorities, issues, risks, and changes
  • Lead, collaborate, and influence to ensure smooth project execution through meetings and follow-ups with internal teams and clients
Focus on what matters most (Budget, timelines, risks and changes)
  • Proactively monitor and manage project scope and budget evolution
  • Identify budget variances and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure client communications clearly reflect costs and prepare change requests when needed (scope, costs, impacts, timelines)
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including key milestones and deadlines
  • Anticipate timeline risks and adjust proactivel
  • Ensure clear documentation and proper handoff to operations
Lead and collaborate effectively
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure project delivery meets required standards
  • Align all stakeholders on project objectives and priorities
Become a trusted partner to clients, not just a project manager
  • Maintain proactive, clear, and structured communication
  • Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and costs
  • Facilitate and lead internal and client meetings with confidence
What we’re looking for
  • University or college degree (or equivalent) in project management, IT, or a related field
  • General knowledge comparable to a systems administrator
  • Ability to understand and simplify technical concepts
  • Solid understanding of technologies used by system administrators
  • Ability to adapt communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent French and good English communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, autonomy, proactivity, and accountability

✔ You manage multiple projects with confidence and have built strong client relationships
✔ You collaborate with project analysts to understand overall technical execution
✔ You contribute to internal processes
✔ You clearly communicate key steps and deliverables to clients
