Your role involves close collaboration with various IT service providers and a focus on continuous optimization of ITSM processes, ensuring streamlined workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Govern ITSM processes ensuring compliance with standards

• Monitor SLAs and service performance with vendors

• Lead Value Stream Mapping for continuous improvement

• Communicate effectively during major incidents and crises

• Apply Lean techniques to reduce waste and enhance efficiencies
Requirements:

• 8–10 years in IT service management or IT operations

• Expertise in ITIL practices and Service Now tools

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on service performance

• Proven track record in managing outsourced environments

• Relevant college diploma or equivalent experience
