Head of Liquidity at Berachain Remote

Lead the liquidity strategy at Berachain and enhance its DeFi ecosystem. This fully remote position calls for a strong finance and blockchain development background.
As our Head of Liquidity, you will focus on increasing on-chain liquidity by connecting with various funding sources including institutional investors and DAOs. Ideal candidates will have over eight years in relevant fields and a robust network across investment landscapes. Your goal will be to bootstrap liquidity efficiently and effectively drive engagement in the Berachain ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate and pitch to capital sources about LP opportunities

• Drive liquidity for core DeFi primitives and DApps

• Collaborate with teams to foster NFT and DAO initiatives

• Define product requirements based on LP needs

• Advocate for stakeholder insights in product enhancements
Requirements:

• At least 8 years in sales, finance, or venture capital

• Deep connections within the venture capital community

• Proven problem-solving expertise in complex partnerships

• Analytical skills related to market and product alignment

• Experience bridging Trad Fi with crypto business development
