Job Description:

As a Webinar Presenter at Dozti, you will be responsible for hosting and presenting professional webinars, educational sessions, and structured digital presentations for business audiences. You will work closely with leadership, copy strategists, and media teams to deliver clear, engaging, and professionally structured presentations across a variety of industries and subject areas. This role requires strong public speaking ability, confident communication, audience awareness, and the ability to explain complex ideas in a structured and accessible manner.

You will be expected to maintain a polished on-camera presence while presenting webinars, guiding discussions, delivering educational material, and supporting audience engagement throughout live or recorded sessions. This is not a casual influencer or entertainment role. It is a professional communication position focused on clarity, authority, audience trust, and structured presentation delivery.

Responsibilities:
Host and present live and recorded webinars for professional audiences.
Deliver structured presentations with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare webinar scripts, outlines, and presentation materials.
Present educational, operational, or business-focused subject matter in an engaging format.
Maintain audience engagement throughout presentations and Q&A sessions.
Assist in refining presentation flow, pacing, and delivery quality.
Review and rehearse webinar materials prior to live sessions.
Work with multimedia editors and production teams to ensure professional presentation standards.
Adapt communication style appropriately for different audiences and industries.
Support ongoing improvement of webinar systems, audience engagement, and presentation quality.

Requirements:
2 or more years of experience in public speaking, webinar hosting, presentation delivery, or professional communication roles.
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
Fluent, professional-level English spoken and written.
Ability to confidently explain complex topics in a clear and structured manner.
Strong on-camera presence and audience engagement ability.
Ability to remain composed and articulate during live presentations and discussions.
Strong organizational and preparation skills.
Ability to collaborate with content, strategy, and production teams.
Professional appearance and communication standards.

Nice-to-Have

Skills:

Experience presenting webinars in technology, consulting, or professional services industries.
Familiarity with webinar platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Webinar Jam.
Exposure to presentation scripting or structured educational content.
Experience moderating live discussions or Q&A sessions.
Understanding of audience engagement and presentation pacing.
Basic familiarity with presentation design tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides.
