Location: Bengaluru
Fintribe India Private Limited is sourcing an experienced Service Now IRM Consultant for an enterprise-grade engagement with a major global enterprise client.
This is a specialist role. Generic Service Now ITSM, HRSD, or platform administration experience will not qualify. You must bring production-evidenced Service Now IRM delivery — named projects, real environments, hands-on configuration.
Contract:
Initial 6 months, extendable to 18 months+
Location:
Remote (Work from Home) — Pan India
Work Model: Primarily remote with monthly attendance at nearest enterprise client office
Start: Within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
BGV: Mandatory prior to commencement
What you'll be doing:
Designing, configuring, and implementing Service Now IRM solutions — Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management
Leading requirements gathering and solution design workshops with risk, compliance, and audit stakeholders
Configuring IRM risk assessments, control testing workflows, policy lifecycle management, and issue remediation tracking
Implementing and managing vendor risk assessment workflows and third-party risk scoring
Integrating Service Now IRM with enterprise platforms via REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
Configuring and maintaining CMDB relationships within IRM risk and compliance scope
Developing custom reports, dashboards, and executive-level risk visibility views
Supporting SIT, UAT, and go-live activities
Providing post-implementation support, optimisation, and ongoing enhancement delivery
You must have — non-negotiable:
6+ years hands-on Service Now development and configuration — IRM/GRC module delivery evidenced in named production projects
Hands-on Service Now IRM configuration — Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and/or Vendor Risk Management
GRC domain knowledge — risk frameworks (ISO 31000, COSO, NIST), compliance management, audit lifecycle, vendor risk governance
Service Now scripting — JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Glide APIs
REST and SOAP API integration experience in enterprise environments
Integration Hub — spoke configuration, automated workflows, data synchronisation
Flow Designer — process automation and workflow orchestration
Service Now platform administration — update sets, scoped apps, access control, role management
Strong reporting and dashboard capability within IRM
Advantageous:
Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist — Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC)
Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
CSDM knowledge and experience
Sec Ops experience (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response)
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks — SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, DORA
Experience in Financial Services, Pharma, or Manufacturing enterprise environments
