Position: M365 SharePoint Business Analyst Hybrid Role
Step into a Business Analyst role with a focus on SharePoint and M365 in a hybrid format. Your responsibilities will include documenting requirements and driving process improvements over a 12-month contract.
In this position, you will leverage your knowledge of SharePoint to manage requirements throughout development and facilitate user training. This role demands excellent collaboration and communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical and business needs. Strong analytical skills will be essential for process mapping and requirement traceability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document and manage project requirements meticulously

• Map out and improve business processes

• Assist in developing training guides and execute user training

• Act as a liaison between technical and business teams

• Develop test plans and execute QA activities
Requirements:

• Expertise in SharePoint Online site collections

• Familiarity with core M365 applications and integration

• Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

• Experience with workflow automation tools preferred
