** In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You’ll help transform complex client needs into clear, actionable solutions that drive real value.
** You will:
*** Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business needs
* Translate requirements into detailed technical specifications
* Support the design, development, and delivery of web portal solutions
* Ensure solutions are user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with client expectations
* Contribute to the successful migration and implementation of client portals

** Working closely with developers, QA teams, client stakeholders, and internal partners, you will:
* Lead requirements gathering through workshops and client interactions
* Break down complex needs into clear, structured documentation
* Collaborate on solution design and estimation discussions
* Support development teams by clarifying requirements
* Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
* Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are applied
* Contribute to release documentation and communication
* Manage priorities across multiple projects with tight timelines

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* Bilingual (French and English)
