End-to-End Bid Management: You are responsible for the entire lifecycle of public tenders. This includes everything from market screening and bid/no-bid evaluations to the final proposal submission and presentation.

Proposal Creation: You own the process structure, and edit high-quality proposal documents

Project Coordination: You manage interdisciplinary bid teams and work closely with Sales, Product, Tech, Legal, and Management teams.

Quality & Deadline Control: You ensure strict compliance with all formal, commercial, and legal requirements of public procurement and guarantee that all deadlines are met.

Knowledge Management: You continuously build and maintain a structured library of standard responses, reference projects, and text modules.

Proven working experience in Public Sector tender management: You bring 3 years of working experience in tender or bid management for the public sector.

Software Industry

Experience:

You bring multiple years of experience working for a technology consulting, IT service company (system integrator) or a software provider. You are highly proficient in answering complex RFIs and RFPs for software solutions.

Project Management

Skills:

You keep a cool head even during stressful phases and tight deadlines, prioritize effectively, and bring stakeholders together aligned toward a common goal.

Education: A university degree or equivalent (Uni/FH) in business informatics, business administration, law, or a comparable field.

Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal);
German a big plus.
