Rocken® in Zürich sucht einen IT-Support-Spezialisten, der in der Lage ist, 1st und 2nd Level Support effizient zu leisten. Du wirst die Verantwortung für die Analyse und Lösung von Störungen übernehmen und Anwender:innen im Umgang mit Hard- und Software unterstützen.
Erforderlich sind eine Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ sowie Erfahrung in der Betreuung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen und Netzwerken. Flexibles Arbeiten und Homeoffice sind Teile des Angebots.
