Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain detailed documentation of solutions and practices
Requirements:
• Solid background in technical support, especially Veeam
• Experience with VMware and public cloud solutions
• Skilled in managing Ubuntu Linux and Windows Server environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication capabilities
