IT is seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Analyst, who will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing D365 solutions to support core business processes and integrations.

Canadidates must be eligible for a Secret Federal Security clearance, which means you would need to have a minimum of 10 years of history within Canada.

This is a full-time remote contract role, with a one year initial duration and potential for extensions.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT, and developers to deliver high-quality ERP capabilities that support financial and operational business processes.

Tasks:

  • Lead function design and configuration of D365 F&O modules (i.e. Finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement)
  • Translate business requirements into standardized and best practices D365 solutions
  • Support end-to-end implementations, service upgrades, and enhancements
  • Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and user training
  • Support end-to-end testing activities and production stabilization
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in configurations and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams on data migration, integrations and enhancements
  • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure solutions align with security, compliance and best ERP practices
  • Coach, mentor and train employees to perform any of the above

Mandatory Requirements (Must have):

  • Hands-on functional design and configuration experience in Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations Cloud
  • Strong hands-on expertise in various D365 F&O modules (i.e. Finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement)
  • Strong hands-on experience with business process mapping and ERP best practices
  • Ability to lead and manage workshops, solution design sessions, user training, testing with business and technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills.

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of proven experience implementing Microsoft D365 F&O solutions.
  • Strong functional expertise in various D365 F&O modules (i.e. Finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement).
  • Strong experience with business process mapping, ERP best practices, Lifecycle Services (LCS), Azure Dev Ops, service upgrades, integrations, and version control systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Software knowledge in Process Mapping Software (e.g., MS Visio), SharePoint, Dynamics D365 ERP, Azure Dev Ops.

Assets:

  • Microsoft D365 certification(s).
  • Experience in complex, enterprise or regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of Agile / product-based delivery models.
