Position: Remote QA Analyst for Insight Global - LATAM

This role involves supporting quality assurance for AI-enabled workflows at a Canadian commercial insurance company. As an intermediate QA Analyst, you will perform manual tests, identify automation opportunities, and assist with user acceptance testing. Work in tandem with a senior QA team member to ensure platform integrity as models evolve and develop automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive manual testing procedures

• Identify test cases suitable for automation

• Collaborate on automated regression test suite development

• Support user acceptance testing processes

• Ensure platform reliability against regressions
Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA roles

• Strong hands-on manual testing capability

• At least 1 year of automation testing knowledge

• Proficiency with Playwright or Selenium tools

• Fluent in English and Agile methodologies
