Contribute to innovative payment solutions as a Remote Engineering Manager d the Issuing team in delivering high-quality card programming infrastructure for fintech clients.
Lithic is seeking an Engineering Manager to guide the Issuing team through its next growth phase. This player-coach role focuses on overseeing card issuance, KYC/KYB flows, and operational excellence. Engage with engineers to elevate system reliability as you tackle high-impact projects that empower customer-facing paths.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure reliability of APIs and card lifecycle flows

• Lead new features for card issuance and onboarding

• Enhance observability and operational incident responses

• Own deliverables from planning to launch

• Collaborate with Product and stakeholders for alignment
Requirements:

• Proven experience in growing engineering teams

• Strong skills in API-driven systems and design

• Knowledge of Python and AWS stacks

• Excellent cross-functional communication

• Interest in fintech and payments is preferred
