Drive quality assurance excellence as a Senior Analyst in a remote work environment. Coordinate and supervise QA efforts while implementing effective testing strategies across multiple levels.
This senior role focuses on leading groups of QA analysts and managing comprehensive testing initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing test cases, executing tests, and documenting defects. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet high-quality standards while promoting continuous improvement in QA processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee QA analyst and tester activities

• Facilitate the integration of new team members

• Execute testing plans for various project levels

• Create test data and document anomalies

• Develop key QA deliverables and reports
Requirements:

• Required Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent

• At least 10 years of experience in QA roles

• 4+ years leading QA efforts on Agile projects

• Involvement in three significant QA projects necessary

• Expertise in test planning and data management essential
