At Priceline, the Technology team is vital to driving customer satisfaction through reliable production visibility. This role requires at least three years of experience in Observability, SRE, or related fields, with hands-on expertise in platforms such as Splunk or Grafana. You will engage in optimizing telemetry pipelines while contributing to important governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support observability solutions across infrastructure and Kubernetes
• Enhance production visibility through partnership with engineering teams
• Improve standardization of instrumentation and logging practices
• Manage core observability platforms for system reliability
• Contribute to intelligent AI-enabled observability capabilities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 3 years in Observability, SRE, or Dev Ops roles
• Strong skills in APM fundamentals and telemetry quality
• Experience with modern observability platforms
• Understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native environments
