About the Job
We are seeking a client-facing ESM (Enterprise Service Management) / SIAM (Service Integration and Management) Consultant to support service management transformation programmes. The role combines analysis, operating model design, service integration planning and delivery, working independently or as part of a wider team.
Hybrid working:
The places you work from day to day will vary according to the role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and your home, noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
- Lead ESM / SIAM assessments and help design service management transformation roadmaps for clients.
- Develop service integration blueprints and target operating models across ESM and SIAM environments.
- Lead client workshops, facilitate work streams and deliver analysis, design outputs and recommendations.
- Gather requirements and articulate business value during delivery. Support transition and transformation programmes, including implementation of SIAM operating models.
- Advise on multi‑supplier governance, SLA management, supplier performance and contractual obligations.
- Work across Dev Ops‑enabled environments and partner with delivery teams to embed effective service management.
- ITIL certified.
- Experience of SIAM implementation and service management transformation.
- Experience of ESM/service management operating model design and service integration.
- Awareness of ISO
20000, AI Ops, Cloud, SACM, Digital Service Management and Digital Adoption. - Knowledge of Dev Ops tool suites, such as Atlassian’s Jira and Confluence, service management platforms including those provided by Service Now.
- Service delivery experience in customer and/or outsourcing environments.
- Experience designing core service management processes, controls and reporting.
