Join Vena’s Customer Adoption Management team where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality implementation outcomes. You will directly influence partner capability and satisfaction while managing escalations and supporting new partner onboarding. Your responsibilities will encompass evaluating partner performance, improving methodologies, and driving overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted advisor to the global partner network
• Evaluate partner project performance and create improvement plans
• Provide technical advisory during partner implementations
• Maintain partner capability assessments and metrics
• Lead strategic process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years in solution delivery or SaaS consulting
• Experience managing cross-functional escalations
• Strong knowledge of Vena’s product features
• Excellent coaching and communication skills
• Willingness to explore AI solutions for enhancements
