Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare or call center
• Strong problem-solving and ticket documentation skills
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting service needs
• Quiet workspace with fast, wired internet connection
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs for equipment
