User Experience Designer

Position: User Experience Designer )
Job Title:

Product Designer  Duration: 12 months
Work Arrangement:
Remote, Onsite, or Hybrid – 2 days on site, 3 days work from home
Responsibilities   Create wireframes, mock ups, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
Design new features and user experiences across a variety of web-based applications
Work within established design systems and contribute to maintaining consistency and scalability
Collaborate closely with business analysts, business users and developers throughout the design and implementation process
Produce clear design documentation, specifications, and developer handoff assets
Advocate for usability, accessibility, and user-centered design best practices
Balance business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints to deliver practical and effective design solutions
The resource must be willing to work as a BA during down times
Must Have   1-3 years of experience designing for enterprise or complex web-based applications
Proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, responsive design and prototyping
Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards
Solid visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency
Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross‑functional Agile teams
A portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects and problem‑solving approaches that you can share with us
Nice to Have   Experience in financial services or enterprise environments is considered an asset
