SAP Source to ; S2P​/MM Lead

Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP Source to Pay (S2P) / MM Lead to join their team immediately and will run 6 weeks with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP MM, Procurement, Invoice Verification, Vendor Management, MRP, Serial Numbers, Subcontracting, Warranty Processes, and project implementation, as well as wholesale distribution. This will be a fully remote work setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, and invoice verification in SAP MM.
• Oversee vendor master data, sourcing, supplier evaluations, and contract management to ensure timely material availability.
• Execute and monitor MRP runs to optimize stock levels, manage exceptions, and align procurement with wholesale distribution demand.
• Track serialized inventory throughout the supply chain, including receipt, issuance, and integration with warranty claims.
• Administer subcontracting workflows, including component issue, consumption monitoring, finished goods receipt, and settlement with external partners.
• Coordinate warranty claims and returns within procurement, including serial number verification, vendor recovery, and reverse logistics.
• Lead SAP MM project implementations (configuration, testing, training) while ensuring seamless integration with SD, OMS+, and wholesale distribution operations.
