Position: Business Systems Analyst with MatchBox

Become a part of Match Box's team as a Business Systems Analyst, focusing on solution development and application support in New Westminster. This position combines on-site and remote work, enhancing team collaboration.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will engage with clients and technology teams to implement effective solutions. This role is pivotal in developing software customizations and maintaining systems throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they meet the business's operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Propose and implement new systems with internal teams

• Analyze automated process options and impacts on systems

• Collaborate on delivering enhancements and resolving issues

• Document solutions and manage application support requests

• Provide training and demonstrations to users

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science or similar discipline

• At least three years supporting enterprise applications

• Knowledge of Lean and Dev Ops methodologies

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform preferred
