Position: Product Data Executive - Remote - 12 Month FTC - up to £29K
Location: Prescot

Product Data Executive - Remote - 12 Month FTC - up to £29,000 Our client is looking to appoint a Product Data Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support their buying function. This role will focus on launching new products and maintaining high-quality product data across multiple websites. You'll play a key role in ensuring product information is accurate, consistent, and optimised - directly supporting customer experience and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage new product launches, collating and inputting data from multiple supplier sources Maintain and update the product catalogue, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms Work closely with buyers and suppliers to gather, validate, and optimise product data Support and utilise the PIM system to ensure all product information is complete and structured correctly Identify opportunities to improve data quality, processes, and efficiencies Requirements:
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and quality Experience working with large datasets and strong Excel skills Understanding of product data, e-commerce, or merchandising environments Confident communicator, able to work with suppliers and internal stakeholders Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Desirable:
Experience using a PIM system (or willingness to learn) Exposure to product launches or catalogue management Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, has a keen eye for detail, and wants to play a key role in delivering high-quality product information.
