Job Summary
Enbridge Gaz Québec, exclusive natural gas distributor in the Outaouais region, is seeking an SAP Business Analyst. Under the supervision of the Supervisor, Enterprise System Support, the incumbent is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements related to SAP IS‑U and SAP S/4
HANA solutions. The individual contributes to SAP system improvement and maintenance initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Prepare functional documentation (BRD, functional specifications, processes).
- Conduct fit‑gap analyses between business needs and standard SAP functionalities.
- Validate SAP functional designs and configurations based on approved requirements.
- Translate requirements into SIT and UAT test scenarios and cases.
- Oversee UAT testing, document anomalies, and support resolution.
- Validate that delivered solutions meet business expectations before production deployment.
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and SAP functional and technical teams.
- Communicate requirement clarifications, impacts, and test results.
- Support change management activities and user preparation.
- Relevant university or technical diploma.
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a business analyst in an enterprise IT environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP IS‑U, SAP CIS, and/or SAP S/4
HANA. - Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
- Background in project management or coordination is an asset.
- CBAP or equivalent certification is an asset.
- Fluent in French; strong oral and written proficiency in English.
- Experience with SAP IS‑U, SAP CIS, or SAP S/4
HANA environments. - Scripts and tools:
Power Shell, XML, VB/VBA. - Testing environment: qTest.
- Databases: SQL, Oracle.
- Reporting and BI tools:
Power BI, Crystal Reports, Service Now. - Office suite, Visio, Project, Azure, Power Apps.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to extract business needs and document them as IT tasks.
- Excellent organization, planning, and coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Autonomy and results‑driven orientation.
Standard office environment. Occasional travel.
