We’re a fast-growing marketing agency focused on building high-performing digital experiences for brands across multiple industries. We’re looking for an experienced Information Architect (IA) Specialist to help structure smarter, more intuitive customer journeys.
The Role
As our Information Architect Specialist, you’ll organize complex website content and digital ecosystems into clear, user-friendly structures that improve usability, engagement, SEO performance, and conversions.
You’ll work closely with strategists, designers, developers, SEO specialists, and content teams to create scalable site architectures and seamless navigation systems.
Responsibilities
Develop website and content architecture for client projects
Create sitemaps, user flows, navigation systems, and taxonomy structures
Conduct content audits and information hierarchy planning
Collaborate with UX/UI designers on wireframes and user journeys
Work alongside SEO teams to align structure with search intent and discoverability
Improve usability and customer experience across digital platforms
Translate business goals into intuitive digital experiences
Participate in client strategy sessions and presentations
RequirementsRequirements
Proven experience in Information Architecture, UX Strategy, or Digital Experience Design
Strong understanding of website structure, navigation, taxonomy, and content organization
Experience with tools like Figma, Miro, Whimsical, Lucidchart, or similar
Understanding of SEO best practices and conversion-focused design
Ability to think strategically while paying attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Agency experience is a plus

RequirementsRequirements Proven experience producing IA, sitemaps, and navigation systems for marketing sites and/or content-heavy websites. Strong understanding of UX principles and how users scan and find information. Comfortable working with ambiguity and turning messy inputs into clear structure. Excellent written communication and documentation skills. Familiarity with SEO-friendly architecture (crawlability, hierarchy, internal linking logic). Nice to Have
Experience with CMS structuring (Webflow, Word Press, headless CMS like Contentful/Sanity, etc.). Understanding of schema/metadata, tagging systems, and scalable taxonomy design. Experience collaborating with agencies or cross-functional teams (strategy/design/dev). Ability to run or support IA workshops (card sorting, stakeholder alignment sessions).
