At A.C.T. we are looking to add to our growing A.C.T. Inventory Management Systems (AIMS) Support team. In this position, your primary role is to work collaboratively with co‑workers, customers and suppliers to provide technical support for installing, training and supporting our AIMS systems. We will provide the training you need to effectively and efficiently support these systems. We are looking for someone who is patient, detail‑oriented, confident troubleshooting issues using the appropriate methods & tools, and is committed to providing a superior experience for our customers.
PositionResponsibilities
- Provide application support to co‑workers and customers.
- Demo AIMS software in person and/or remotely when required.
- Upload customer specific pricing, images, and updates related to specific AIMS customers.
- Install, train and support all AIMS systems (including AIMS hardware & software) according to established policies and procedures.
- Service customer AIMS systems (including AIMS hardware & software) remotely and/or onsite at the customer’s facility when required (TRAVEL MAY BE REQUIRED).
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal are required.
- Frequent overnight travel required, primarily within Canada.
- Must carry a valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License.
- Must have a personal vehicle to travel to customer sites.
- Proficient use of Windows and the Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Strong problem‑solving and deductive reasoning skills.
- Customer‑centric attitude and a desire to grow with & contribute to a customer‑focused company.
- Must have the ability to establish rapport with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work with cross‑functional teams to achieve company goals.
- Have technological adeptness.
- Be a self‑starter that demonstrates excellent time and task prioritization.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service.
This position is based in our Surrey facility, so only candidates residing in greater Vancouver and surrounding areas will be considered. This position does not offer remote work possibilities.
