Senior Manager – Consultant. This role transcends a traditional Business Analyst; you will shape decisions, influence stakeholders, and drive real business impact at the intersection of business, data, and technology.

• Drive Business Impact
  • Break down complex problems and identify opportunities.
  • Define KPIs, success metrics, and business value.
  • Build business cases and support value realization.
• Lead Client Engagements
  • Lead client workshops and stakeholder sessions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical teams.
  • Translate business needs into data & analytics solutions.
  • Deliver clear, compelling executive presentations.
  • Define KPIs, success metrics, and value drivers.
• Bridge Business & Technology
  • Gather and translate business & data requirements.
  • Create user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
  • Collaborate with data, BI, and AI teams.
• Drive Execution Excellence
  • Work in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Support backlog management, prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Lead & Contribute
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Contribute to internal best practices and thought leadership.
  • Support business development and proposal efforts.

• 10+ years in business analysis or consulting (mandatory).
• Experience delivering data, analytics, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience managing a team of consultants with varied skill sets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complexity and influence decision‑making.
• Bilingual English/French.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Understanding of data concepts (data models, ETL, BI).
• Strong PowerPoint storytelling & Excel skills.
