SAP HR Integration Specialist (Fixed-Term – 18 months)
IntroductionReporting to the Senior Manager, Global HR Practices & Governance, this position is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of our HR and Payroll Success Factors integrations. Partnering with the HR team and business stakeholders, this role will be working across globally dispersed teams to ensure that integrations between Success Factors and third-party systems run seamlessly while ensuring high level of data accuracy and compliance with data security and privacy standards.
This role will also be responsible for providing back end technical IAS/SSO support and secure access across SAP Cloud applications.
This is a fixed-term position based at B2
Gold’s Corporate Office in Vancouver, Canada. The role follows our hybrid work model of four days in-office and one day remote each week.
- Design and implement integrations between SAP Success Factors and other enterprise systems using SAP Cloud Integration (CI), ensuring secure and scalable data exchange;
- Manage SAP Identity Authentication Services (IAS) to support Single Sign-On (SSO), user provisioning, and secure access across SAP cloud applications;
- Develop and maintain iFlows in SAP Cloud Integration to automate HR processes and data synchronization between Success Factors and third-party systems;
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration scenarios, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal disruption to business operations;
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather integration requirements, design solutions, and validate implementations;
- Manage API integrations using OData and SOAP protocols for data exchange between Success Factors modules and external systems;
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations, particularly in handling employee data across integrated platforms;
- Perform regular health checks and audits on IAS configurations and integrations to maintain optimal performance and security;
- Document integration architecture, data mappings, and technical specifications for internal knowledge sharing and future reference;
- Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor data transfers, and provide technical support;
- Support migration and upgrade activities, ensuring integrations remain functional and optimized during system changes;
- Such other duties as required in support of Company objectives.
- Proven experience in SAP HCM or SAP Success Factors implementation and support, with a strong focus on integration projects;
- Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Cloud Integration (CI) and SAP Success Factors modules;
- Proficiency in Identity Authentication Services (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Services (IPS);
- Familiarity with SAML 2.0, OAuth, and protocols for secure authentication;
- Experience with middleware platforms, data transformation, and error handling in integration flows;
- Ability to work in Agile environments, managing multiple integrations simultaneously;
- Experience in data/field mapping, data replication, quality assurance and regression testing for integration changes;
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to diagnose complex issues and design appropriate solutions.
- Knowledge of human resources and payroll functions and processes;
- SAP Basis experience;
- Experience/knowledge with service/support ticketing tools;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Gold’s corporate office in Vancouver, Canada, with a hybrid work arrangement (4 days on site + 1 day working from home).

Gold offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary commensurate with the candidate’s experience, knowledge and skill set, and a comprehensive benefit package for employees and their eligible dependents. The base salary range for this position is CAD $100,000 – 130,000 per annum, which is the anticipated pay at the time of hire but does not reflect similar future job opportunities.
