Consulting SuccessFactors Senior Consultant Professional

IBM Consulting is looking for a Success Factors Employee Central Consultant to support clients in designing and implementing their hybrid cloud and AI‑enabled HR solutions. The role focuses on driving meaningful change for leading companies across industries while working closely with client teams and offshore resources.

• Lead end‑to‑end implementations of SAP Success Factors Employee Central.
• Plan and conduct requirement‑gathering workshops, advising clients on best practices for data and process decisions.
• Configure the system and manage an offshore team of configurators.
• Test the solution and provide hyper‑care support during the post‑go‑live period.
• Shape hire‑to‑retire processes for national and international clients.
• Improve operational metrics, develop business cases, and measure performance.
• Maintain functional knowledge and manage client relationships within defined roles.
• Mentor and counsel junior team members.

Bachelor's Degree

• Experience leading at least three (3) successful employee central implementations.
• Track record of driving requirement gathering workshops and offering system insights.
• SAP Success Factors Employee Central Associate certification.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 4 days a week for client visits.

• Fluency in French.
• SAP Success Factors Employee Central Professional certifications.

• Must be able to work in Canada without sponsorship.
• Experience with remote work; occasional travel up to 4 days a week.
• Hybrid work arrangement.
