Position: CRM Data Analyst Hybrid Role
Elevate data accuracy as a CRM Data Analyst with a global asset management firm in Downtown Toronto. This hybrid 12-month contract leverages Excel skills to enhance data quality and automation.
We are seeking a skilled CRM Data Analyst for a new project aimed at improving our datasets. This role will allow you to engage in data reconciliation and use advanced Excel techniques like Power Query. Your work will be critical in ensuring efficient data handling across multiple business groups, while actively contributing to the team-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile external data with CRM records accurately

• Use Excel lookups and Power Query for data automation

• Validate ambiguous cases with clear supporting fields

• Document matching logic and assumptions for reproducibility

• Ensure overall CRM data accuracy and completeness
Requirements:

• 5+ years of data analysis experience

• Proficient in intermediate to advanced Excel skills

• Experience in data reconciliation and quality checks

• Strong documentation habits with attention to detail

• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
