Position: Experienced Project Manager Hybrid Role
Lead data-driven projects at the Department of Health as a Project Manager Level 3 in Fredericton. This hybrid position focuses on delivering impactful analytics solutions for primary care datasets.
The Shared Analytics Branch is searching for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the Primary Care Integrated Analytics Solution initiative. In this full-time contract role, you will lead Agile projects, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure successful outcomes across the project lifecycle. Collaborating with both technical and business teams, you will drive the integration of healthcare data to support planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile project delivery from initiation to implementation

• Build and manage project backlogs effectively

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning

• Coordinate with cross-functional technical and business teams

• Present updates to leadership and steering committees
Requirements:

• University degree or related diploma in IT/Business

• Minimum 10 years IM/IT experience

• 5 years of project management experience

• 2 years of full lifecycle delivery experience

• Active project management certifications required
