Position: Senior ITSM Systems Engineer Hybrid Role
Step into the future with NTT DATA as a Senior ITSM Systems Engineer in Ottawa, Ontario. This hybrid role emphasizes enhancing the IFS Assyst platform and driving modernization initiatives.
In this position, you'll apply your extensive Linux administration experience and enterprise ITSM knowledge to maintain and optimize system performance. You'll play a vital role in the migration to a new ITSM tool while fostering system stability in a robust integrated environment. Your input will align with service improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain IFS Assyst's Linux-based server environment

• Conduct OS upgrades and ensure system availability

• Optimize performance across server components

• Facilitate database operations and disaster recovery

• Review infrastructure design for reliability and scalability
Requirements:

• 5+ years in Linux infrastructure administration

• Experience in managing large-scale IT platforms

• 2+ years on enterprise ITSM tools

• Must hold a valid Secret Security Clearance

• Relevant IT diploma or degree required
