Position: Business Systems Analyst (REMOTE)
JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst (REMOTE) to join our team! This position is fully remote and can be based anywhere in Canada.

Job

Responsibilities Include:

Lead requirements gathering and workshops with Business stakeholders

Develop clear business requirements, Epics, User stories, process maps, and functional specifications

Walk through Business recommendations across diverse teams and get consensus on solution roadmap

Solely own Product Backlog for end-to-end Product development from both Business and

technical solution stand point

Hands-on experience working in SAFe and Scrum framework

Act as a liaison between business units, project manager, Technical and Testing team

Support project planning, business cases, risk assessments, and implementation activities

Analyze current-state processes and recommend improvements aligned with organizational standards

Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations for a wide range of audiences

Ensure compliance with relevant policies, privacy requirements, and accessibility standards

Build effective relationships and manage expectations among internal and external stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

4-6 years of strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into clear documentation

4-6 years of experience in Agile, SAFe framework

4-6 years of experience in Jira, Confluence, Lucid Chart/Visio

4-6 years familiarity with project management and support Scrum master in Sprint/Release metrics

Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders

Excellent communication, analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Skills:

Experience on Shopify, Retain B2B and any testing frameworks

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $79,334 to $137,808. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all Canada locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
