Position: Salesforce Solution Architect Hybrid Role
Lead transformation as a Salesforce Solution Architect with CC&L Financial Group, one of Canada’s top asset managers. This hybrid role combines strategic insights with technical prowess to enhance user experience.
In this position, you will be part of the Salesforce Center of Excellence and play a pivotal role in delivering tailored Salesforce solutions. Your expertise in asset management workflows and collaboration with cross-functional teams will shape your success. Engage closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion engagement with stakeholders to uncover unmet needs

• Shape outcomes through actionable recommendations for users

• Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions from concept to delivery

• Lead agile execution to overcome roadblocks and ensure quality

• Develop best practices to facilitate future solution delivery
Requirements:

• 8+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect

• Expertise in Salesforce Platform across multiple clouds

• Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences

• Experience in regulated environments

• Institutional Asset Management domain experience (a plus)
