This remote role is perfect for professionals with over five years of experience in workflow development and two years in legal settings. You will assess client needs, streamline legal processes, and ensure efficient document generation.

Your role also involves sales interaction, record-keeping in Salesforce, and recommending best practices for maximum software utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to articulate value of workflow packages

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in Salesforce

• Expertly assess client workflows and recommend improvements

• Configure software to align with business processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years in workflow strategy implementation

• 2+ years in legal experience at paralegal level

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Strong analytical and communication skills
