Lead the transformation of customer operations as a Principal Technical Consultant with a focus on Service Now. Work remotely to provide exceptional guidance in process modeling and solution automation, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficiency.
In this fully remote position, you will leverage extensive experience to support engagement efforts and facilitate workshops with clients. You will outline technical documentation, lead user story development, and ensure best practices in configuration versus customization are followed. Collaborate with multiple teams to drive both individual and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate process definition workshops with clients
• Provide consultancy on Service Now configurations
• Prepare user stories and acceptance criteria
• Oversee testing and implementation of solutions
• Mentor client system administrators
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years Service Now configuration experience
• Web technologies proficiency required
• Strong knowledge of ITIL methodologies
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Essential Service Now certifications needed
