As a Senior Service Now Solution Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping clients transform their business processes through the Service Now platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through solution design, configuration, and implementation to maximize the value of their investment.

• Solution Design & Advisory
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into Service Now solutions.
  • Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to define requirements and align with best practices.
• Configuration & Implementation
  • Configure Service Now modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, etc.) based on client requirements.
  • Develop workflows, business rules, and integrations using Service Now capabilities.
• Pre-Sales Support
  • Partner with sales teams to provide technical expertise during demos and RFP responses.
  • Create solution proposals and articulate value propositions to prospective clients.
• Quality & Governance
  • Ensure solutions adhere to Service Now standards and client governance frameworks.
  • Perform testing and validation to guarantee successful deployments.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Stay current with Service Now releases and industry trends.
  • Recommend enhancements and optimizations for existing client environments.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
  • 5+ years of hands‑on Service Now implementation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, FSM, or CSM.
  • Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Certifications:
  • Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
  • Additional certifications (CIS in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.) preferred.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
