Become a key member of our IT department as an Integration & Applications Specialist. This remote role is pivotal in supporting our franchise networks across Canada by enhancing their technology experience and system integrations.
You will be tasked with application support and system maintenance while striving for efficiency through the implementation of automation and AI tools. This position allows you to make a real impact by improving internal applications and building reliable technological solutions for our partners. Your responsibilities include clear documentation and fostering an atmosphere of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of support for franchise partners
• Manage and enhance API and EDI connections for better data flow
• Contribute to developing corporate and franchise-facing applications
• Facilitate the use of automation tools to minimize manual processes
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for knowledge sharing
Requirements:
• IT or Computer Science degree or relevant practical experience
• 3-6 years in IT and application support roles
• Familiarity with APIs, integration, and application development
• Excellent communication skills focusing on customer service
• Fluency in English and French is an asset
