Programmer Analyst III - Remote

Join Service New Brunswick as a Programmer Analyst III, focusing on advanced  and PL/SQL solutions. This remote position supports critical government modernization initiatives.
In this role, you will be part of the development team supporting the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure. Engage in modernization projects for the Construction Management System and collaborate on multiple applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise solutions, while managing complex database structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, code, and maintain  Win Forms applications

• Develop and troubleshoot Oracle PL/SQL components

• Analyze business requirements with cross-functional teams

• Support version control and application deployments

• Maintain technical documentation according to standards
Requirements:

• 15 years of IM/IT industry experience

• 10 years of  Win Forms experience

• Strong PL/SQL development skills

• Proficient in English

• Legally authorized to work in Canada
