Reporting to the QA Test Lead, you will be an essential part of the Assessment department. This role emphasizes troubleshooting and case management skills in a vibrant, supportive environment. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be crucial in satisfying client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver Tier 2 support for various assessment solutions
• Diagnose and address complex technical inquiries
• Utilize Salesforce for comprehensive case management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance support
• Contribute to developing knowledge-sharing resources
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of customer or technical support experience
• Proven success in SaaS environments
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is preferred
• Bilingual English and French to assist diverse clients
• Relevant degree or diploma in IT or related fields
